Bathroom and Laundry Slab - Alberton

Our client approached us for an obligation free quote on their bathroom and laundry slab extension in Alberton. We arranged a site visit and measured up the space while liaising with the client to ensure we understood what they needed, We then emailed a detailed quote which the client accepted.

We began by installing a plastic forticon waterproof membrane to ensure the space is safe from moisture leaving the soil. We then installed one layer of SL82 reinforcing throughout the job, supplied by Adamis Sand and Metal. As the concrete had to be wheelbarrowed in, we protected the clients driveway and hallway with plastic to ensure their home was left clean and tidy. We then barrowed in the concrete which came in a mini mix, supplied by Adbri (formerly Adelaide Brighton Cement) and finished it off by screeding with a finish suitable to tile.

The client was very happy with the finished product and is now ready to move forward with waterproofing and tiling their new bathroom and laundry area.
