Our client consulted us regarding plans for a proposed granny flat to be constructed at the rear of their existing property. We conducted a site visit to address considerations such as access, tree removal, and the project timeline.
We commenced the project by marking the site boundaries and removing the existing lawn along with a substantial tree stump.
Excavation proceeded efficiently, allowing us to complete the footings. Following inspection, the engineer approved the installation of reinforcements.
We procured our steel from Adamis Sand and Metal and commenced the steelfixing process.
Due to the site's slight incline, the formwork required was considerably elevated. Once our concrete pump was set up, we were prepared to proceed with the concrete pouring.
Adbri provided the necessary concrete, resulting in an excellent outcome for the project.
The client expressed great satisfaction and has requested our return to perform additional earthworks with the skid steer around the granny flat slab in preparation for the pathways.
