We were approached by a builder who specialises in National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) repairs for clients in Semaphore. His client needed some steps at the front of their door repaired and reinstated as they were uneven and not safe for his client to use. They are also installing a chair lift. We began by visiting the site and assessing the job, we then provided a written quote.

The quote was accepted and we proceeded with step one which was to jackhammer and remove the existing tiles on the porch and remove the stairs. Once completed, we began to construct the formwork and install reinforcing supplied by Northerns Sand and Metal. We poured concrete using a mini mixer from Adbri Concrete. The formwork was stripped two days later revealing a set of stairs that are ready to be tiled and completed for the client.
