Shed Slab Construction - Plympton

We recently completed a shed construction project in Plympton, Adelaide. Our client was super happy with the job and Epic Concrete set their shed installers up for an easy and smooth construction process. Their shed project consisted of an office, garage and carport.

We began by demolishing the existing shed and removing all debris for our client. The fact our client didn't have to engage another company to do this meant the process was streamlined and more time and cost efficient for them by liaising only with Epic. We excavated and prepared the pad with rubble and compacted this to level to suit 100mm slab throughout and ready for the shed installers to come and erect the shed.

We then installed plastic and mesh ready for the star of the show, the concrete! We completed the pour in two stages to ensure the slab was completed to the highest standard and optimised the finish of the concrete. We used Hanson Construction for the concrete and used 32MPA. The shed and office received a hard wearing burnished finished, while the carport was finished with a fine non-slip texture finish.

We returned the next day and saw cut the control joints and gave the entire shed a pressure wash ready to start ready for the owner to utilise their clean shed immediately.

Call Epic Concrete to help take your shed project from start to finish.
